How do we work?

Planning

Projects are done by using the Agile Methodology. We work with the client to create a list of requirement, which are then broken down into smaller tasks we complete based on priorities set with the client.

Designing

We select the best tools and solutions for each requirement, and present these options with recomendations and an initial time assessment of the tasks.

Programming

Work for projects is divided into one-week timeframes, during which we complete the tasks agreed upon during our weekly one hour organizational meeting. Work progress is reviewed daily during a fifteen minute status meeting. Additionally, we meet every week for an hour to review completed work.

Testing

In order to achieve the highest quality deliveralbles, our developers deliver unit, integration, and functional tests together with the code. Every change is tested automatically in an integration environment. There is a test environment where you can accept changes before deployment. All delivered code is verified with static analysis tools.

Implementation

Products are deployed into two environments - test and production. All code is stored in a remote repository, which has a master and production branch that are the base for deployments. Production versions are accepted by the client. We use a weekly deployment schedule.
